Authorized Enforcement Programs
Under the Letter of Authorization, Nagravision Agency operates three distinct programs, each targeting a specific category of intellectual property infringement. Program 1 — VOD Catalogue Protection
This program is responsible for tracking infringements of Swisscom's video-on-demand content catalogue and dispatching copyright abuse notices across three categories of online platforms.
Program 2 — Marketplace Removal Program
This program assists Swisscom in mitigating the visibility and commercial impact of pirated content offerings across the leading digital marketplaces operating in Switzerland. Removal requests are sent directly to marketplace administrators.
Program 3 — App / APK Store Program
This program scans all major mobile application stores for infringing apps that clone or impersonate Swisscom's official applications — including blue Sport — and files removal requests and developer account ban requests with store operators.
